The name of this free online tour reservation services is Tour Planner. The Tour Planner is operated by Mava Holidays Ltd. in corporation with his business partners throughout Indonesia and beyond. All services offered in Tour Planner are legal, including reservation, quoted selling rates on Special Offer, published rates from hotels, transaction via internet, banking or other ways determined by Mava Holidays Ltd.
Mava Holidays Ltd. is fully responsible for Tour Planner services. Responsibility is taken for all reservation made via Tour Planner and payment made from and for Tour Planner services. In its operation, Mava Holidays Ltd. works together with his business partners in order to serve his clients optimally. Mava Holidays Ltd. is NOT responsible for the services and or tour(s) which its operation is being over handled by other agent(s). Mava Holidays Ltd. guarantees that you will have the quality of services from his business partners (for any product or services offering in Tour Planner) who are taking apart in serving you. The quality of service fully depends on the prestige of the hotel chosen and shall be fully responsible for its services to you, the clients. Mava Holidays Ltd. is fully responsible for the identity of any client who participates in Tour Planner and for data which received by Mava Holidays Ltd. Any internet user can benefit from the Tour Planner services by browsing at the database. “Special Offer” consists of the rate of tour (and mentioned services package) Indonesia. The rates at the Special Rates are those which are sold by Mava Holidays Ltd. to its clients. SPECIAL OFFER RATES
All rates or other services, which are net, non-commissionable, inclusive of tax, service charge, and surcharges (if any), are quoted in US$ (United States Dollar).
EXCHANGE RATE FLUCTUATIONS
Difference in personal statement balances can occur and are due to the fluctuations with the Indonesian Rupiah and bank processing time. Mava Holidays Ltd. cannot hold the responsible for these differences.
PROCEDURE OF RESERVATION
No reservation will be proceeding if we don’t receive full credit card details. In the event of non-receipt, there will be notification that the reservation is incomplete. You may choose to send either by facsimile or Email. Your reservation will be confirmed within two working days.
If the tour package you selected is not available at the time, you will be notified by our staff and some alternative tour packages with similar features will be suggested to you or alternatively your request will be put on our waiting list. If you would like to have a special tour that is not listed in our products listing, please use our inquiry form to tell whatever you want to and send it to [email protected] . Don’t forget to describe it in details. Please consult to our tour operator(s) there is an inconvenience thing for you.
PRO FORMA INVOICE
After having confirmed your reservation, break down of pro forma invoice is clearly stated and sent to you. All Credit Card transaction will be converted into Rupiah and the exchange rate is based on the day of transaction. Payment with US Dollars, can get through Pay Pay online payment system.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payment for tour package charge or additional services will be debited to your credit card as soon as yo swipe the card on our mobile machine. You are entitle for the copy receipt payment and automatic billing will send to your Credit Card billing address.
CONFIRMATION
A notification of confirmation will be sent to you after payment has been done. Please print this confirmation and bring together with you and show it to our officer upon your tour execution.
Only service(s) stated on the voucher will be on Mava Holidays Ltd.’s account and other expenses is on your personal account.
CANCELLATION
No refund will be made if the cancellation is done within 3 (three) days prior to arrival. No refund is also applicable for any unused confirm reservation or even “no show”.
COMMUNICATION
As we communicate mostly through email, please make sure your email is correct or in case we need your telephone or facsimile as communication is not always reliable, please supply us.
LIABILITY
Mava Holidays Ltd. in cooperation with associated hotels and other partner business act only as agent for the respective hotels, suppliers and/or contractors who providing accommodations, transportation and services. Under no circumstances shall Mava Holidays Ltd. be responsible for any loss, expense, damage, claims or injury direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise whatsoever, however caused or incurred whether arising in contract or otherwise in law or equity as a result of rendering of the services or hotels described including, without restricting the generality of the foregoing, as a result of any delay(s), substitution(s), rescheduling(s), overbooking, other inconveniences to the client, through acts of default of any company or person engaged in carrying out arrangements, or by reason of military action, acts of war, national disturbances, revolution or acts of God, or by any other act not within the control of Mava Holidays Ltd., or by any agents, employees, subcontractors, servants or third parties whatsoever supplying any of the services or hotel herein. If any hotels and/or services are substituted, Mava Holidays Ltd. at all times will act in good faith and use its best efforts to substitute with accommodations and/or services of a type comparable to those originally contracted. Mava Holidays Ltd. in their sole and unfettered discretion reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any person(s) and/or to rescind and contract for accommodations or services.
