Villa Ocean & Golf features a master bedroom with a king sized four poster bed with en-suite, bathtub, standing shower and steamer, the second bedroom has a queen size bed with en-suite, the third bedroom has two single beds with en-suite and the forth bedroom has trundle beds with en-suite. There are televisions in all bedrooms with cable connection.
Upstairs is an open-air pavilion with lounge and dining area offering breathtaking panoramic views of the championship golf course and the Indian Ocean. Downstairs is a large air-conditioned lounge and dining area featuring a plasma television with satellite channel connection, CD/DVD players, a movie library, a newly renovated modern kitchen which is fully equipped, garage and a 4-seater electric golf buggy for use around the 100 hectare resort. In-villa spa and massage services are available on request. The villa is equipped with a massage bed.
Guests enjoy complimentary use of Pan Pacific lagoon swimming pool, kids club, fitness center, tennis and squash courts. Golf resident discounts are also extended. Car with driver can be arranged at a nominal fee.

Terms & Conditions
• Villa rates are quoted in US dollars subject to 10% Government tax and 5% service charge
• Villa rates are categorized in high, low and peak seasons
• Minimum stay: 3 nights (low), 5 nights (high) and 7 nights (peak)
• A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be sent on receiving confirmation of your booking.
• Final payment is required 45 days prior to arrival or immediately if booking is made less than 45 days prior to arrival in order to secure your reservation.
• Deposits and final payments are non-refundable.
• Payment can be made by credit card (Visa/Master/Amex) or telegraphic transfer. The amount transferred must include telegraphic transfer fees.
• Villa check-in time: 2pm - Check-out time: 12 noon.
• Late check out until 6pm can be arranged at half the rental rate subject to availability.
• Villa Ocean and Golf has its own battery operated golf buggy for use by the rental guests. The guest is solely responsible for the buggy should there be any damage. The buggy can only be used around the resort but not on the golf course.
• The villa reserves the right at anytime in its sole and absolute discretion to refuse any person as a member of an accommodation party. The villa will not be responsible under any circumstances to refund any unused portion of monies in respect to accommodation
• The villa disclaims any and all liability of property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at the villa or while engaged on any tour whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of the villa, its staff, employees or agent.
